The founder approached me with an idea for a system that would generate leads and bookings for high street retail businesses. During the first UK COVID lockdown, he noticed that many small independent retailers in London were extremely vulnerable as they relied almost entirely on footfall but had no digital presence. These business owners typically weren't tech-savvy, lacked marketing expertise, and had limited budgets. This system would bridge the gap between in-person and online commerce.
